By asking stimulating questions or, where necessary, naming the elephant in the room, I help keep the conversation sharp and balanced.

My role is to make speakers shine, so that the audience goes home with new insights and ideas.

I take the time to immerse myself in your topics so that I can not only steer the conversation towards what is really important, but also approach the topics surprisingly and in a creative, out-of-the-box way.
I create an environment where ideas flow and where questions and answers speak to the heart of the listener. 
I aim not only to highlight the facts but also to uncover the speakers' personal motivations and stories, creating a conversation that truly resonates.

I also moderate internal panel discussions for organisations that want to present their mission, strategy or core themes in a dynamic, interactive and people-oriented way.
